This is in France, all the tanker divers will be part of the same union so do not expect them to be independent, also the volume of fuel would mean a huge convey of tankers travelling from ? Le mans is right in the middle of France. Tankers also need to fill up with fuel they do not have access to the cargo they are carrying.
