Nice intro. Lots of great details!
I can imagine qualifying order might be surprising as Monaco is so different from others. For example, lets say Red Bull's performance is due to effective optimization of ride height and how that supports their aero concept. Given the undulations, etc. of Monaco, might their core strengths not play out as well here?
