Finance and accounting aren't simple, that's why they are specialist fields. The teams have specialists, the FIA have specialists, there are processes for appeal and adjudication.
Despite all this complexity, only ONE team out of TEN were pulled up, and that team was found non-compliant in multiple areas, not just one. That bit really IS simple
