I'm the same, though I'm also like this for LMP1.
I'm not technically minded enough to care much about the cars. I can like the way they look/sound/corner like they're on rails, but it's the teams and drivers I really care about.
GTs however... that's where my love of the car blooms. I also care about the teams and drivers, but the I care about the car far more than in the prototypes classes!
