I wish they had just opted to do the AER modding for one car and kept the old Toyota for another. Would've kept the team running in the first two races, even with only one chassis, as well as offered engine diversity & possible performance variations. The Toyota car would've been the 'safe option'

Then after Le Mans possibly upgrade the engine for AER in the second car. You know, during the million year summer break of sitting around.

I suggested the same sort of thing last year with running the old Lola alongside R-One. Cheap and secure
