If you want to go to a race with great atmosphere and history go to Monza (you should not be an anti Ferrari person in that place).
If you want to go to a race with good viewing spots, go to Magny Cours. Tickets for that race used to be not that expensive. Don't know if that still is the case.
If you want entertainment and good racing go to a A1GP or Nascar race
