That part isn't clear at all, only for LMDh it was reported that it is a combined power. So it would make sense that it was combined for LMH too because that would obviously create a big disparity.
Also the hybrid can still probably only power the front wheels. That's in the 2019 December regs which are still the last public version of the regs. That's when ERS was already optional.
