At this time, all 3D Blu-Ray discs include a 2D version, on the same disc or separately. Since 3D technology is a long way from becoming mainstream let alone universal, we are unlikely to see exclusive 3D releases any time soon.
So 99% chance yes. Although I'm hoping it will play in the cinema so I can see it in big 3D...
