I think you're right. The 28 was defending a lapped car.
The YMR car in the gravel effectively ends the Norma challenge as only Ligiers left at the front.
The mechanic of the #16 was amusing. Pulling out a random bit of metal, then staring at it trying to work out where it came from and what's broken.
