Id like to ask a question if that is ok? Im sure it will have been answered before.
Once a car has been homologated and entered competition is it correct that they cannot bring performance upgrades unless they use 1 of the 5 jokers in place until 2027?
Im just wondering what scope there is for a team like Isotta to improve the performance of the car.
