The book also tells how, after being forced to sit behind Michael for a few laps because Michael had gearbox problems at France the race before, and effectively ruin Eddies own chances of another 2 points but not being able to go after Rafe, that he (Eddie) wouldn't give way to Michael until ordered to by the team, Ferrari didn't tell Eddie to move over on the first lap so he held station and effectively "forced" Michael to actually "overtake" him, not merely gain the position.
