In french this movie is called "Sherif, fais moi peur!" I think it has side windows, but if they use a typical Nascar race seat it wont be a piece of cake unless the three drivers are exactly the same size and have the same driving position (a la Audi for instance).
I think nobody cares about any restrictor to be used, tank capacity or fuel allowance. Let them have fun and make the show!
