Edit: Just read the latest news on the Silverstone web site, it appears Autosport and WEC are behind the curve.
The confusion here is that the Sep 1st WEC race at Silverstone was in 2019: it was the first race of the 2019-20 season, which is why it is listed by Autosport and others on the revised season calendar.

The Sep 5th 2020 race was supposed to be the first of the 2020-21 season. That has been cancelled. The next season will be 2021 (no more winter seasons) and will start at Sebring in March.
