I was just wondering, during scrutineering for ACO events, what exactly do the scrutineers check? Obviously things like weight and dimensions, but what else?

I understand that in Park Ferme the cars are ripped appart and thoroughly checked, but just to re-iterate, I'd like to know what's checked before the cars hit the track?
