WSBK TV Coverage
After what sounds like a cracking weekend at Qatar, isn't anyone else a bit annoyed that there is no coverage at all on British TV?!?! Being a student, you can understand why I haven't got Sky. And I know C4 did a poor job last year but it was better than nothing!
A few years ago, BBC showed loads of races live - now look! Absolutely no coverage on terrestrial TV for arguably the worlds best bike championship! What can we do to change the situation? |

it was on Eurosport 2 ...
and there is nothing we can do to change that situation .. hope that Eurosport didn't show WSBK because of the olympics .. |

They didnt show coz of winter srubbish I have only seen the second race which was very very good, and even more galling from first thread, Toseland won a bloody race!
I thought it wsa gonna be on Channel 5 again, probly will at about 3 oclock in the morning or summat! Is a bit tosha s there are so many new rider combos! But from what i saw the racing was very good |

It's pretty sad that when the championship was at it's weakest there was plenty of coverage. Now it's strong again, it can't get arrested.

TV deal!
For the UK only, but Channel 4 have picked up the highlight package again from the next round onwards! At last. Better than that, theres also the rumours that ITV could show the two British rounds live! Thankgod!

Yea, I guess it'll be on around 2am each time. The coverage wasn't perfect as they skipped a lot of important stuff, but I'm glad Warren Pole isn't doing the presenting anymore, I never liked his work - he had a good name for racing, but that's about it.
