Formula Renault V6?
Has anyone heard anything about the new Formula Renault V6 class for next year? It has been some rumours that Renault are going to launch a new class similar to Formula 3000 and Formula Nissan. Apparently it would be a part of the ETC package.
Please let me know. Robin Rudholm / www.robinrudholm.com |

Hey Robin
I have heard about this too, from what I hear it is simply going to be a name change as Renault own Nissan (or vice versa). Why you asking anyway, do you want to do this next year. Nissan/Renault is deffinately gonna be the place to be. It should be better than F1, they already do faster lap times. See ya at Croft on tuesday |

Well...at Valencia World Series V6 did fastest laptimes of 1:23.
Formula One does 1:12 so they're not doing faster laptimes already |

Mackmot mean F3000, unless he means better in the way of "more exciting". F1 is so dull now. I just want the Monaco GP now so at least the track looks pretty.
From what I'd gathered the Renault formula as just the Nissan one that's having its name changed. There's no point one manufacturer doing two series to rival F3000. |
