The Tool Man should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
V8 Brutes take to country NSW

I Walked out of my shop at lunch time, looked across the road towards the local Produce / Rural Store and saw what I think would only be a Replica/ Display Car of Griceys no 16 AKUBRA Falcon Xr8 V8 Brute.

Anyone know if those things are road registred or not, unfortunately I didnt get the chance ot go and have a close look.

I only know that 'Mad Dog' Denyer was driving his around at Bathurst last year but I think the boys in blue would have had a field day on things like noise

Apparantly some of them are road registered. There are a couple of guys that supposedly use them during the week for work. This might just be the Speedweek commentators spinning a little BS though...

As far as i know they are road registered. On the way to QR i think it was Gricey's ute was involved in a mishap on the highway.

Nono, Gricey's car had a mishap on the way to the track at QR. If they aren't registered, you can get trade plates for them

Gricey though has a show car, and that was bingled by an unidentified individual who t-boned a taxi a matter of hours after it was painted up in its yellow scheme...

Thanks For that Crashy - Must have been the show car I saw in down town Dorrigo Yesterday.
