Does anybody know what the Driver line-up may look like next year in wrc.
I am not sure but this is what I think it may look like.

Subaru: Petter Sohlberg, Chris Atkinson/Stephan Sarizan.
Ford: Toni Gardemeister, Marcus Gronholm.
Skoda: Colin Mcrae, Mikko Hirvonen.
Mitisubishi: Gigi Gali, Harri Rovenpera
Hyundai: ?????
Citroen(private): Sebastion Loeb, Xavior Pons

I think you'e probably right with the Subaru, Ford and Mitsubishi lineups - probably right with Loeb running a privateer Xsara. I'd expect Skoda to keep have McRae in one car full time and switch between Paasonen, Tuohino and Ekstrom in the other car.

I'm pretty sure that Kris Meeke might end up in a factory team next year. I understand that Subaru/Prodrive where very impressed with him after his good run on the RAC, sorry Rally GB.

Would Meeke get a full season though or share the second car? I must admit I'd completely forgotten about Meeke I'd guess he'll get a shared drive or maybe a third car drive for Subaru? (If indeed he gets anything)

Toni wont be at Ford.

I would put a fair bit of money on Markko being Marcus's team mate, but no idea who will co-drive for him.

RIP Beef

I'm not sure, but he may not end at Subaru, of course. Remember there was also some talk of him sharing a Skoda with Mr McRae.

Yep, that's another possibility - Skoda can potentially call on a lot of drivers for next year!

Richards health is still serious!

Markko was in Corsica looking for a new job.

As Citroen have won the WRC, what happens regarding numbers for 2006? Do Kronos with Loeb and Pons get access to #1 and #2?

I think World Champion has number 1, no matter what.

Here's my possible list

Kronos-Citroen: Sebastien Loeb - Daniel Sordo/Xavi Pons
M-Sport Ford: Marcus Grönholm - Markko Märtin
Subaru: Petter Solberg - Chris Atkinson/Stephane Sarrazin/Kris Meeke
Mitsubishi: Gigi Galli - Harri Rovanperä/Daniel Sola
Skoda: Colin McRae - Alex Bengue/Jan Kopecky

Privateer Ford: Gardemeister, Hirvonen

Mikko Hirvonen has just sighned a 3 year contract to drive for ford alongside Marcus Gronholm.

This is great news for Mikko, I find he has alot of talent and is still very young. Now the question is where will Toni Gardermeister and Marko Märtin Drive for in 2006?
