Christmas Party

Due to the fantastic time had by Oulton Park Pit Lane Marshals last year we are doing it again this year, but open to all this time around.

Date: 17th December
Venue: Hartford Golf Club
Cost: £15.00 per person
What we get: Hotpot, buffet, Disco, late bar (12pm)

Loads of fun last year, and will be even better this time around, as we have the place to ourselves, no other punters other than Marshals and their partners. Tickets can be obtained from either Jan Gower or myself, we will be in the pit lane at Oulton on Saturday, or can be obtained from me directly @ pkelly@swiftrentacar.com or by post from; 28 Farm Road, Rudheath, Northwich, CW9 7DY or call me on 07799 418025.

Please advise how many tickets you need and chqs are made payable to Hartford Golf & Leisure.

Cheers

Hi Paul

Can you put Mandy and Me down for two tickets.

I'll see you this Saturday at Oulton to sort it out.

Remind me to see you on Saturday and , more importantly, have my cheque book with me.

However, if for some reason we don't see you please could you put us down for two tickets.

Guess what? we only have 2 weeks left before we have to give numbers to the
golf club for the Christmas Dinner
dont want to sound glum or down with dispair, but i really dont think we are
going to get the numbers we had last
year, there has been no response from 10-10ths or from the posters we placed
at OP earlier on this month.

Well, theoretically speaking we have 3 weeks as of today but we do need to
let them know final numbers by the
18th November. I dont think we are going to do it. At the moment i have a
list of approx 25 names. If we cant double
this in the next 2 weeks or so we are probably going to have to cancel it. I
know we have paid a £50 deposit but thats
one of those things that happen.

Unfortunately due to a severe lack of interest in the above party it has hadto be cancelled for this year. For those people that have paid me by cheque, i will dispose of them through the shredder and for those people who have paid me in cash, i wil return this as and when i see you guys.

Thank you for the interest shown in the above and i will look forward to seeing all you guys at the fire training day in February.
