Ferrari sure have been doing a lot of testing.Im not sure about the mclaren because im not folling their test shedule. But you can certainly expect some electrical problems for some of the teams. So who will win???

It's not an automatic handicap. He will get a tough fight from DC, Ralf and JPM, but Michael will be back on the top step of the podium, I think.

SPAIN will be a good race as the track is 50/50 big straight & and following corners it should suit a power car but a good chassis is not wasted there either. So I think
RS
MS
DC
RB
JPM

I would bet on Schumacher, Michael. Ferrari lost ground but will regain it with the electronics...

I think the team with the best TC will have a driver in the top of the standings. If williams return with a TC like in the early 90's, Ralf could repeat, or it could be JPM's first win. But the other 2 teams can score big too. It's going to be a pretty interesting race.

I dont think the williams team will have any advantage (or a head start) as compared to ferrari or mclaren. Its true they have had good TC's.But times have changed. And a TC system now would probably be atleast 10 times better than those of the early 90's.
with all the electronics coming into the game, you would think its time porsche stepped in the scene.
