Driver Contracts
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of a driver contract that can be used as a base to develop one for my race team?

I've got many different ones Chris, depending on what sort of championship they are planning to do and what kind of service they want / can afford. Problem is they are all in German.

Watching the pre Daytona 500 show on SPeed TV. Commontators mentioned that more then a few million dollar contracts we done with a hand shake at a Waffle House*.
Forget the contracts, Be honest, be fair, Look straight into their eyes, and most of have a firm handshake. Waffle House is a ( great ) but cheap road side breakfest grease spoon place. |

I've met a load of shysters with a firm handshake and an 'honest look'. One had his own BTCC team...

Redracer - I don't know if it'll be any good to you at all but was reading MN earlier and they did a bit on driver contracts.

I appreciate that as a lawyer I have a vested interest in these things but trying to deal with this stuff on the cheap usually just delays the lawyers bills until the parties fall out.
Better to pay a contract lawyer now rather than a litigator later.... |
