Kelvin should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Dedication!!

I spotted this Marshal at Brands, who, even with a broken leg, gave up his Bank Holiday Monday to be 'flaggie' up at Druids.

It was me

I only joined ten tenths today but was told by another marshall i was famous i was down for both days of this meeting but for obvious reasons wasnt going to marshall but due to bordem i came up on the monday with a view to spectating but roger alnutt pleaded with me to flag so i did with a great team at druids who looked after me especially the (larger gentleman with the bald head whos name i forget appologies) and made sure i was ok all day i like to thank the guy who posted this and say at least some appreciates me altogether awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!! if it wasnt for my love of the sport then i probably wouldnt have marshalled by the way its the right leg thats broken honest!!!!!

What I want to know is did you own up your girlfriend that you marshaled instead of spectating? You did a good job, on what was a very warm day!!

Dan is on every bloody photo. I think the photographers follow him round as they know Havoc won't be far.

It was me yes. Part way through the day you had that look of "god my leg hurts but i am not going to say anything", almost had to beat you with the packet of biscuits to sit down for a race or two and let me flag (something i am not particularly fond of) Team work though, great day great guys on post. Hope to work with you again some time soon.

"larger chap with bald head" thats one of the nicest descriptions i have had, you're on my xmas card list.

Having looked at the photo I think it is really part of the marshal retention programme. Hallett28's leg, is actually tetherd to the fencing, that is why it has gone black.

I was suprised that they found a job for me at Donny for the BTCC when I had an op on the day before. I got it lucky as it goes if people remember the weather as I was put in race control pressing the pit lane buzzer.

I can not imagine flagging when I broke my knee initially 3 years ago, It can hurt now when standing on it all day so I can imagine how much your leg must have hurt.
