mmciau should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Diff Ratio 3.15

Is the current V8 Supercar capable of hitting the rev limiter at Bathurst 2010 with the differential final drive ratio of 3.15?

Is the aero package the limiting factor if the cars cannot?

Mike
Pretty sure they hit the limiter in the chase - just not for as long as they used to on the previous diff ratio.

couple of years ago Grant Denyer was commentating during the Top 10 shooutout from the kink into the chase, and mentioning whether they were hitting the limiter or not...

not sure when the diff ratio last changed and therefore whether this is still relative...

I think they changed to FDR 3.15 because they were on the limiter for some seconds before with the old FDR (3.25?)
