No problrm, my dad has a 400D and is new to photography. He has the kit lense and really needs a new one. I was there on the sunday at Copse and really enjoyed the day. I still need to upload my videos to youtube.
Thanks for posting. |

Nice set of images, well done. It's a nice little camera the 350d, I started with one of those and I still use it quite regulary.
Here are a few of mine taken on the saturday. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jwbphot...96360756/show/ |

Thanks, much appreciated. All of those were shot with a Canon 30D and a Sigma 120-300mm although as I stated earlier, a 350D would have been just as capable. The Sigma probably gives it a bit of an edge as it is a fantastic lens but again, it would give an extra edge to any camera.
I find Silverstone quite boring to shoot as there aren't many great spots without whacking great big fences in the way. So I set myself a bit of task to find some new and interesting places to shoot from and to try and use the fences within the composition. I seem to have succeeded and was particulary happy shooting from the top of the grandstand on the outside of Luffield. |
