[Official] 2009 Fantasy F1 - Abu Dhabi GP and Final Standings

Well folks the long hard road is finally over and the champion has been crowned.

The winners of this round with 28 points were RG racing (who have become frontrunners?) and Team Krankshaft. However just like Vettel the victory is ultimately meaningless in terms of the championship.

The final champion are team Brains and Brawn in an ultimately easy 24 point win. Team Rocketpower lead most of the way but BrainsandBrawn made it look easy towards the end and recorded a fantastic championship win. Enjoy the success. Im sure everyone will be gunning for next year

Who cares? I won a round! I think that might actually be two this season, which means I didn't do anywhere near as badly as last season.

One round win,and but for Fisi defecting from Force India I think we could have title contenders as a cunning plan was unfolding in the second half of the season.

My team (Krankschaft) & I have enjoyed our first foray into F1, and the MASSIVE savings we made by not spending all our money yet finishing 18th will enable the building of an even larger catering facility for next year.

SBF Racing International's season fell by the wayside along with BMW. If SBF Racing returns next year it will have to be a re-invention of itself.

I'd like to add my thanks to RF for running the competition in what, from my entirely objective perspective, has been an exceptional year.

We will return next season to defend the title; possibly without the 'Brawn'...
