Rydell back in the Super Touring Volvo S40
Rydell joins STCC
STCC 29/08/01 Volvo has decided to take in Rickard Rydell, not only in the S60 Challenge race, but also in the STCC championship. Rydell will drive the third official Super Touring Volvo S40 at Knutstorp alongside Janne "Flash" Nilsson and Jens Edman. This is the first time since 1988 since Rydell competed in a race in Sweden. The hopes are high from Volvo and it is certainly going to be interesting to see what Rydell can do in the STCC, stay tuned! Johan Meissner johan@touringcartimes.com |
