Hmmm. I see a great many of those names are not actually on that list now.

Menu, Soper, Conway, Larini, Bailey all missing

Strange, they seem to be back again?

Either way they already set a precedent by releasing a non-final entry list for the F3 race a few days ago, hope that's not the case again.

For those who don't know, Steve Soper had an operation earlier this year to fix the injuries he suffered in his 2001 crash in the Peugeot 406 at Brands.

One of the upsides of this is that after the surgery, his repaired neck was deemed strong enough to pass him fit to return to racing.

At 61 years old now it would seem unlikely we'll see him make a full, competitive return to motorsport, but I wouldn't put it past him...

Returning in a race car at Macau? Not sure it's a good idea.

It's not at all clear, but the entry list is a frame without a scroll bar. It might be problematic on mobiles (it isn't on mine, but I can see how it could be especially if you zoom in). All the names you mention are toward the bottom of the list.

It looks like this could be a belter.

Big accident on the first lap, wiped out 3 or 4 cars at the front Alain Menu's car looks trashed from an image David Brabham put up on twitter

It wasn't really his fault though, he was hit by Johansson (who in return became victim of his own little tap).
