This is a good way for Trulli to say, goodbye, Eddie.

From Autosport:
"However the Court's three judges accepted Jordan's appeal only on a technicality, because, contrary to the rules, a steward was not present during the team's hearing at the US Grand Prix." So the end results hinges on a technicality. It's good news that what happened on the track (Trulli getting 4th place) is the end result though. |

I think this incident clears not only Jordan, but Ferrari as well~ :P And now...i shall sit here waiting for the Anti-Ferrari squad to arm their weapons... |

I'm a bit baffled now: is the FIA ruling saying that Jarno Trulli's car was outside the regulations but because one of the stewards didn't turn up the case was dismissed?
If so, then I've just found a new legal strategy: run an illegal car, get found out, appeal the decision and then lock one of the stewards in the toilet for half an hour at the hearing and the case will be dismissed |

That's the problem these days Suzy. These guys turn up with an armload of solicitors and lawyers to fight their case for them. The race meetings in general are run by volunteers (not so much so in F1) and so they run rings around you. Sad but that's the way it's all going these days.

I don't get this - if a steward was not present at the original hearing, who the heck presented the case against Jordan at that hearing?
