Anyone noticed the Abt Audi TT-R's have a new livery? It's silver and maroon. Only speculating but could this indicate more Audi funding?

That's not an Abt car as such. That's the First Choice Racing car.

Some bigger pictures. It's not a First Choice Racing car, it's an Abt-Audi TT-R. This car was used in the qualifying for the opening race of the 'Langstreckenmeisterschaft' last weekend at the Nürburgring (the old track).

Car was built for the Nurburgringrace(s).

The Autobacs website mentions they intend to open a store in California (US) sometime in '03.

So is that the Abt-Audi livery for this year, or just for one or two of the drivers (like the Red Bull livery last year).

Shows that Audi must be giving them more backing which I like to see.

by the way, opel have begun to build 6 completely new cars since the first 2003 test car was a desaster, it will be very close for them to get all the cars ready for hockenheim
