JLOC Lamborghini at Le Mans in 2005.
"We want to compete with a Lamborghini. In 2-3 years, we want to challenge the Le Mans 24 Hours, of course, with a Lamborghini.
In closing, Mearashi added, "I have to realize it. It's a promise that I made to Terai." - Mearashi, JLOC. * Taken from JGTC.net May 18, 2003. |

Sorry, I just discovered that the interview was from last year. Whether they still feel the same way remains to be seen. - But Japanese promises are usually very strong.

The weren't the ones that entered and then withdrew a Lamborghini at Sebring were they?

i doubt it... probably due to the fact that it takes so long for audi to make a decision these days, it goes from one manager to another and then finally to the top guy, yet he took around 3 months to come to a decision about our enquiry about running a more 'up-to-date' model...yet still my hopes are high that our team will be back in FIA-GT or even Le Mans with a 'revised' lamborghini entry 'more details released closer to our official 'comeback'!
