just thought id see how things are with the worst round droped, it goes ,driver in current position, points now, points after, new position

Yes it doesn't really give race winners the points they deserve.

But on the other hand donsistancy should be part of any championship.

I would still give the top places a slightly bigger gap though to make the effort worth while.

Come on guys - Ambrose has NOT, yet, been consistent - his first two rounds produced 117 and 76 points respectively.

Whereas Bright and Richards are both scoring 150 plus points per round (from memory Brights worst is 134)

Once a few more rounds have been run IF he manages to string together good placings, THEN he will start to move to the top.

Anyway - Project Blueprint isn't going to allow a consistent winner - only consistent place getters....

With 3 or 4 drivers going into the last round able to take the Championship, hopefully the points system, however many flaws it has, will have got us to a fascinating final round.
