Cadillac has essentially fired chassis builder Riley & Scottt at the end of the season and chosen Jeff Hazell to coordinate the Northstar Program for 2001. Jeff Hazell has also served as former director of Spice Engineering and McLaren Cars. He worked at McLaren during 1994-1997 when the McLaren F1 GTR won LeMans. Hazell and designer Neil Stroud are already working on an all-new LMP chassis.
