You can play it right here! You just need to pick two (or three) drivers, a chassis and an engine, and give your team a name. Then you can add a press officer, pit babes, sponsors, or any embellishments you like, and write press releases and post them here.

If you elect to pick 3 drivers, though, and all three finish the race, only the first 2 will count for points, and once you've selected your team, no changes can be made unless one of your drivers is sacked by his Champ Car team.

Drivers get finishing points as they are scored in regular Champ Car races, plus one point for each position on the grid that they make up (providing they finish the race.) You lose one point for your guy being the first to retire, 5 for your whole team retiring, and 7 if they retire because they hit each other; you gain 5 if your whole team ends up on the podium. Chassis and Engine points are awarded at the end of the season.

There will be a prize for the winner (and maybe second and third prizes) but we have not deciced what they'll be yet.

Risky business, all in all, you want to get down under the dashboard for that kind of action. The type that saw Gil aunger into Pat outa turn two. The type that saw Puppeteer Paul go in fifth and come out tenth! The type that had Michael the Homeboy miss the TV cameras for the entire f'ing race. And the podium as well.

The whole show has a vaguely seedy look about it. A sheep herder's son starts 23rd and finishes 1st. The pit girls go home despondent to broken promises of a new day. And on the horizon is the sinking realisation that TAM is only fifth among fools.

Team Gonads are extremely pleased with the first place result from our young kiwi driver, Scott Dixon. The PM of Australia, and the Australian government have made Scott an official AUssie resident after his great success.(will bre revoced if failure is imanent).

The Federal government has also anounced a new sponsor for the team. The budjet for this part of the year will be taken from the education department. So the team will now be known as Walt Disney Racing, as comic books is all that the remaining education budget will be able to purchase in order to fund the race team.

We are also checking with the williams f1 team to see if they could check there cars from a couple of years ago to see if any of alexs driving talent may have rolled under the seat, and if so we would like to have it back.

Nicolas has also been banned from the pit babes and hopefully that may increase his concentration. During qualifying he was seen to be waving to someone in the crowd moments before he backed it into the wall. We latter found out it was one of the pit babes.

Team Super Owls

Team Super Owls are pleased with there progress this seaon, the team was disapointed with cancelation of the race in Texas. Because they belived that they have a good set-up for the Super Speedways.

The team are looking forward there trip to Japan.
