In case anyone was wondering, there are no marshal car passes for this meeting. If anyone has any problems getting in then please give me a ring on the day and I will get it sorted.

Therefore you cannot tell which post you are on through lack of car passes!

So, do we all park outside the circuit or all park on the pit straight prior to sign on?

Alternatively if someone would like to get a copy of the allocation sheet from me on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning they could point people in the right direction. Any offers?

Fay, In that case can a message be given to Circuit Security that all marshals should be allowed circuit access. Otherwise tempers may? get a little frayed at the entrance. Failing that, as you suggested, can a list be held at the circuit entrance and those marshals that need to bring their car into the circuit are directed to?

According to the instructions all marshals are parking inside and not in the public car park anyway so everyone needs to get past the main entrance

Given the number of entries needing paddock space and the fact that that area is set aside for the Historic Road Sports & Guards SR paddock that probably wouldn't be appreciated.

I like Judy, she always has time to wave thanks when you blue flag her, and that is quite often. She also always waves to all the marshals at the end of the race, unlike some of the miserable beggars.

And I don't blame her for not going too fast, Thruxton always used to terrify me back in the olden days when I was racing .

Don't knock Judy Lyons. She is a lovely lady and at least she takes another nice car onto the track.

No Shelagh, the big incidents were on the far side of the circuit to me. I only had a couple of minor incidents over the two days!
