touringlegend should be qualifying in the top 3 on the grid

Change of Moderator.

The more eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed a new moderator has joined us in the WTCC & European Touring Car forum.

After many years of hard work we say goodbye to JMeissner as a moderator, but gladly not a user. Thank you for all you have done and contributed to the forum - and all the best in the future.

We therefore welcome FIRE on board as a new moderator to the forum.
