h4887 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Ginetta G18

This Ginetta G18 F. Ford with an unfortunate nose was on sale from a dealer in the mid 1980s. I forget the name of the dealer but I think he was somewhere in the Manchester or Cheshire area. Very few G18s were made but this one remains a mystery. It says 'Mech Steve Davey' on the side, the question being of course what did it say on the other side? Can anyone remember seeing this ugly proboscis, or shed any light on who may have driven it?
