With demand apparently being bigger than supply, adding an enduro round might help with the entry selections.

I guess by elimination of those unwilling to fund an extra enduro round? Daytona and Petit are already over subscribed without any additional cars.

Have to figure they need to find space for:
2 maybe 3 GTP-Lamborghini post Daytona, AA car unless MSR gets dropped and one extra possible for enduros
2-5 LMP2s given the WEC teams and LMP3s moving up. I would guess there will be an LMP3 like max number allowed
3 GTD-Pros with Vette and 2 Mustangs
GTD is who knows but I wouldn't guess any drops

But with the current field hitting max, or at least the "regs" maximum, adding any cars will be tough choices. Adding a round won't really fix pit stall numbers.
