 Racing has always been expensive but many can do with engine, transmission and other things. Aero is tricky but when other technologies like hybrid or may be hydrogen are involved, its another field. But above all, IMO, you must "negociate" your own BoP. This is not racing, this is politics. I hope we'll see them back just to perpetuate the tradition of David vs Goliath which is part of LM legend too.
