Rotor Racing Cars
Scottish race car producer, Rotor Racing, are celebrating their 30th anniversary of building racing cars for fun in 2013. The group of amateur car builders started in 1983 with a FF1600 car (JT1). In 1984 they built a FF 1600 (JT2) and a FF2000 (JT2b). In 1985 they built a another model of FF1600 (JT3) and in the following year produced another FF2000 car (JT4). Their leader was injured at work in 1987 but after recovering a JT5 road car prototype was built followed by the very similar JT6. Both cars failed to go into production. A series of JT7 sports cars were built for road and track including two S2000 versions. A JT8 sports coupe is being built at the present time as is a JT9 minimalist sports car.
