Back at Houx in 2022
Houx Annexe was good enough for 2021, because every Le Mans campsite is better then staying home, but 1 time there is more then enough |

request from the other side of the fence, can we arrange a non-race day meetup as well?
great to see everyone getting the sites they wanted. can’t wait for there to be a proper crowd again, you kind of forget people actually watch it when it’s behind closed or half closed doors. |

3x Tertre Rouge and 3x General Entrance in the digital pocket
New this year: when I tried to download my tickets, I had to fill in my name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. 6 times, once for each ticket. Info was not printed on the PDF-ticket. |

That must be an error. Sure that is 10.00 |

GE and Grandstand sorted this morning.
Quite a few campsites sold out before general sale went live. Makes me think allocations are going to agencies again. I hope that's the case anyway given our Houx ticket is with 1st Tickets. So fingers crossed there. |

yep i think TR, Houx and garage vert were sold out before the site was opened. The demise of maison blanche has also ment the demand for the other premium sites has been very high

There will also be warm red wine soft drinks and snacks courtesy of ourselves. We will of course be setting up on TR before Vince arrives from the IOM. So before the red gazebo goes up on our part of the site look out for what will probably be the only blue daimler sv8 in france.

gentlemen, your hospitality is as always second to none but this year i didn't make it up into the shopping bit up the steps from the main paddock let alone as far as TR
i will endeavour to structure my time and disappear with the bradshaw more often in '22 though... |

Hoping to go in 2022, but currently a lot of things on my plate for 2022 so have not had the chance to count in my plans for Le Mans yet.

Good job Le Mans isn't a winter event hey. Punchy restrictions from the French government. |

And Le Mans Classic probably canceled one more time With Omicron , the situation is more problematic than last year, and certainly the virus will continue to mutate and resist angain and again despite vaccines This article says even Omicron is less dangerous, it’s ability to mutate faster makes it much more dangerous and heavy for hospitals capacity. https://www.midilibre.fr/amp/2021/12/15/plus-contagieux-le-variant-omicron-sera-plus-meurtrier-meme-sil-est-moins-dangereux-9994008.php |

Ours arrived yesterday (13/01)
Good to see that for those of us with a grandstand seat and who bought the combined ticket they have finally merged the GA and Stand ticket in to one, thus saving the faff of finding the right one at the gate or the stand! |
