Who would you like to see at Le Mans Next year?
This year see's the return of Bently and MG to la Sarthe after a long absences. But who would you like to see return or compete next year? There have been reports that Aston Martin are building a car for next year! Personnaly I would like to see BMW back again , Mercedes too repreve themselves after 99 , Porsche in GT1 and Lotus. I would also like to see Lister and Ferrari at Le Mans next year too , to bolster the competitiveness in the class. Also the TVR speed 12's and the Marcos from the Brit series!

It would be great to see Lister get their Prototype off the ground (not in the Mercedes style ) and into the race.
Hopefully with the increased coverage of the Bentley and MG entries this year, it will make it easier for British teams to find sponsorship for 2002. |

Supercars
By 2003, I would like to see a GT Supercar class. In fact, I would hope that GTS would be the headliner.
Saleen, Ferrari (F-60),Porsche,Lamborghini and Aston Martin could all have supercars ready by then. If all would build race versions and sell them to private teams it would be a fantastic thing to see. Kurt Maxwell Carmel,IN. |
