I'm not sure but at the end of november I wanted to go to the circuit for a walk as I often do, especially when there are testings, and the entrance's keeper didn't let me to go in and said the general enclosure was closed until the end of february for security because of the works.
If you want to come at the end of january, call the ACO before.
