One should try a "Mohr im Hemd" (moor in a shirt) – if available.
Or "Marillen-Palatschinken" (pancakes with apricot jam stuffing). Those Austrians have lovely sweets under the name "Mehlspeisen" on their menues. Yum, yum!!!
