Pilgrimage should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I did put a thread up yesterday with a link to Porsche in LMP1 in 2014 but it appears to have been taken down (?).

That's an organised speculation table. I'd expect one manufactuer to fall from Grade 1 before long but for a couple more to move up now Porsche's joined the party.

I see Toyota have confirmed they will enter Le Mans next year with a petrol hybrid but will it be good enough long term? Witness their struggles in F1.

They were pretty damn good at sportscars before they moved to F1. And they were winning in the WRC. They have unfinished business at Le Mans.

I wouldnt put Ferrari in grade 4 . Level 5 had wanted a Ferrari in their car , along with Pecom and Vitaphone were looking at a Maseratti engine , but no time .

Moretti brought Ferrari back with the 333SP ..... I think its possible , but maybe not for next year . have Ferrari said a definat no ?

Ferrari got their hands full with Red Bull in F1 - I don't think it's the right time refocus parts of the team. (and this is as long Ferrari is dominant in F1, so until then, i don't think they even discuss LMP1 plans)

I think we'd only ever see Ferrari when the WEC becomes too big to ignore. It COULD get there but it would need literally all of their road car rivals to be in LMP1.

You say that but few of their road car rivals are in F1.

Most are in GT in one form or another, but I cant see a full works team going for anything other than overall wins.

Very true but F1 is their bread and butter and they will be there regardless. In order for them to double up and go to the WEC I think they would have to have a large incentive. We'll see.

If Ferrari is too busy, maybe some other member of the FIAT family, specifically the other red one...

I don't see that happen with Alfa performing not very good and even rumors FIAT wants to sale the brand (to VW).

It looks like Jenson Button has his eyes on Le Mans and McLaren are saying they will definitely be back - but not yet.

LMPC isnt a class in the 24 hour race , is it ?

P1 , P2 , GT/Pro and GT/Am ..... thats it as far as I know for future races .

He wants to do P2 in 2014 .

With the news of Brundle/Brundle/TBA in a Greaves LMP2 Zytek for next year's race, Endurance-Info reports (probably stating the obvious a bit) that the team will take up both its automatic entries for Le Mans 2012.
