The beers are on Paul

For the first time in Fantasy Formula Renault we have joint winners of the single round competition - and one of the winners is Forum regular Paul Rayner. Paul can collect his prize after the FR race at Snett on 28th July. So you all know who to go and be nice to all weekend!!

I'd like to ask when the team update facility will be available.

We had it after round three. Well now another four rounds have passed. Had it been available after round six then maybe Paul Rayner would not have won. I note that his and fantasyformularenault's websites are linked. I feel as if the rules are being made up to suit people's best friends and will be registering an official appeal to MSA which may not be heard until January 2003 so none of us will truly know who has won until then.

In the meantime, how about a team change facility now ahead for the next four rounds - the double-header at Snett and the single race meetings at Knockhill and Brands.

Then one final last chance to change before the season's double header finale at Donington. Just to really keep folk on tenterhooks.

I don't think so, somehow. I doubt Mr Budden wants to turn people away from his site with my ugly mug.

I am more worried about the 'Paul after beer' photos...

Oh, never been a better time to use this smily:

It's a "crate" of beer. 24 x 440ml cans? Or is it just 12?

Hi Jonny

Not a bad idea - ok I'll implement it this weekend - so the team change facility will be open from Midnight on Sunday until Midnight on Wednesday - how about that - then people can't base their changes on the testing on Thursday - it has to be more down to intuition. I like the idea of a final change before Donnington as well - consider it done.

The prize is 24 bottles of stella just to avoid any confusion - should be just about enough for one each then Paul!!

I would like to refute any allegation of result fixing - otherwise I'd be winning rather than propping up the middle of the table - hic!

The team change facility is having a few technical glitches. If anyone wishes to change their team please send an e-mail to info@fantasyformularenault.com and I will make the changes for you. Please include your name, your team name and details of the change you wish to make.
Thanks
