Maybe the Green GT is ready. Or the Delta Wing? Let them fight it out with the Nissan for comical honors!

Not too late for Audi to surprise us by entering fourth R18 again that's "miraculously" been sitting inside one of their LM cargo trucks this whole time

This annoys me a lot. You think they'd get a clue when they failed to turn up at every single round that they have entered in i.e. Sebring, Silverstone, Spa, and now Le Mans.
Waste of a perfectly good entry spot. |

But yeah... ACO should've said Millennium/ADR NO when Kolles finally showed his empty hand of cards, and instead waited for someone else to pick it up. Surely there would've been volunteers to run in the biggest motor race in the world for free (there probably still are but time is running out) |

In a shocking twist Autosport gets it wrong again
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/114324 Millennium's withdrawal means there will be just 55 entries going into Le Mans week for the second year in a row. The withdrawal of the GreenGT hydrogen-powered experimental prototype, which was due to take the Garage 56 slot, three weeks before last year's race left the entry one short of its 56-car capacity. Prospeed Porsche, hello... |

Why? It's just yet another Oreca Nissan entry. Sure the ADR guys deserved better than this but I don't see it as that huge of a loss
They're talking of ELMS Red Bull Ring return by the way but why would the money magically come for little niche event like that but not for LM or indeed any of the others before... |

I think they are trying to guess the combination on the briefcase which contains the money.

Isn't all funded by sanctioned Russian banks? If so, then good luck with seeing them soon.

Give up on Millennium, they're selling snake oil. ADR Delta? Entirely different story. They made the mistake of buying Millennium's proposition, which has screwed them for 2014. They still have the cars and structure to go racing today if the finance showed up.
I suspect the subtext here is they've written off this year and are restructuring, and if ELMS is the way forward so be it. |

In all likelihood just hollow words though. At least the likes of StatusGP/HVM had reasons for giving empty promises |

If ADR Delta can run competetively somewhere in 2014 it goes a long way towards them making a case for 2015.
As was intimated elsewhere, if they're a complete no show this year then they will struggle to get an entry for Le Mans next year, so in that light pulling together a package for RBR and remainder of WEC becomes very significant indeed. It does however start to show the vulnerability the sport has to a reliance on client racing programmes, especially when one is entirely predicated on one source of ultimately shifty cash. Okay, sportscars have ever been thus (qv Midweek Motorsport on not knocking money laundering) but surely there's someone out there thinking about how it might be a little more sustainable? |

Good point there isynge.
FYI the ACO has now officially confirmed there will be no replacement, so down to 55 we are for the first time since 2009. |

too bad but let's go racing with 55 cars then, I never expected that car to be around anyway.

I wonder if this has any effect on plans to add more garages?

If there's a spare place... I'd happily enter my Impreza! Fancy I'd maybe keep up with a Porsche or two if not for an overall podium!

I have just seen another pic of Duvel's accident from yesterday on Twitter (which is also on the Autosport Website) and he was a very lucky boy.

and with 14 (!) 458's entered for the race, supplies could have become a little harder to get (?).
