I wasn't talking about the tribute. I was talking about the news release. It should read "morale" but reads "moral".

Unfortunately, the Western world is infested with negative, lazy, sensationalist "journo's"...lazy, because the USA (for example) pumps out gallons of same-same low rent garbage in the name of news, and other country's just lie open mouthed under the tap!
Still there are bright spots...the new crop are almost illiterate and I get great enjoyment out of laughing at their failed logic, lack of knowledge and fabulous typo's (everyone needs a hobby!) |

Tea Break time.
In interesting analysis of GP pit stops since the early days of racing. There are snippits of period film action from several iconic circuits to spice up the tale, including Spa and The Ring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FrRnbHqogo It's Scott Mansell's channel for those who like to know these things. |

You're safe Gerard. I don't think there is an Aid agreement in force between England and France. And in any case I would imagine that the the importing of croissants would be something that would be prohibited for any and every reason. If not prohibited then the local producers would probably intercept the shipment and burn it. |

Change of subject, I see that Dave Brodie's had his Alan Mann replica Mk1 nicked from his place at Reading. Too much of this going on...

For the first time in 80 days we had cars on the circuit today, the usual eclectic mix we get with Javelin, about 50/50 road and race.
4 Metros and 2 Clubmen were joined by an Alfa 156, another Alfa, Porsche 911, a Corsa, Hyundai, a couple of Clios, from MG we had a couple of ZR's, a Midget and a MGA. Best looking was probably a red open wheel Jaguar. Fastest was a silver silhouette, closely followed by an ex Mick Collard Escort driven by Jez Owen which was certainly the loudest. There were a dozen roadgoing BMW's, joined by 6 Caterham's, 4 Audi's, a Peugeot Partner van (honest), a few MX5's, an unbelievably quick Renault Twingo, and a vey slow BMW Mini. A few Lotus Elites or similar, the gold Citroen that is a permanent fixture of these days and a very noisy Nissan 350ZX. What were missing were the normal bunch of French Hot Hatches, what wasn't was the car that loses an oil pipe and spreads the contents of his sump all round the track, bringing out the red flags and the Road Sweeper. |

That’s great circuits are now starting to become operational again. Good mix of old and new cars there. Bet it was a sight to see

One of my friends who should have been exhibiting at the Revival is reporting that it has been cancelled. I can't see anything on Google, anyone else heard anything?
