Should their be a 2l and a V8 Forum or just a touring car forum all in one. Sometimes it is hard to find the V8 related messages in amugnst the BTCC ones. I am sure their are a few V8 fans here and 2 touring Car forums wouldn't do any harm. I am sure a seprarte V8 Forum would never go stagnent what do you think.
Another one of my stupid ideas? |

Hi Brett,
Not stupid, but for those of us outside Oz it might be useful. I don't know much about V8s. You would still get the cross overs though. |

I don't see the point in another forum just for the V8s. The current one is a touring car forum. i.e. all touring cars, what else do you need.

Cross overs wouldn't matter. It would still be ok. Then if u want To talk V8s u go to the V8 forum if u want to 2l u go to the 2l forum and u can see which u like. No messed up topics.

Thanks for the idea Brett, but I feel that the two areas of the sport are too tightly inter-twined to be split - besides, what happens when the new BTCC rukes come in, do we then add more forums for the ASTC, etc as they are now even more different ?
In any case, I think we have enough forums here for the present time and, unless anyone comes up with a brilliant idea for one which is needed, I don't plan on adding anymore for the forseeable future (although I am seriously considering s****ping 2 of them, but that's a different thread ) |

I SUGGEST LEAVING THE TWO TOGETHER, SOME TOPICS AND REPLIES ARE RELEVANT TO BOTH CLASSES.
