Thanks for that,Cybersdorf.

I wonder if they will build enough of them to get homologation so it can run in the FIA GT Series?

No, this is only a "by-product" of their French Supertourisme effort - it's basically a souped-up Supertourisme with a Toledo body. A relatively inexpensive way of getting involved in Spanish GTs, for the benefit of the fans back home. From what I have heard, the next step will be a Cupra body for the Toledo. SEAT wants to build a sufficient number of Cupra GTs and go FIA GT racing, though. We'll see if they'll get it together.

I thought the SEAT looked quite smart at Spa. SEAT does need to sort out its motorsport strategy, though. Shame they canned their rally effort, I always thought.

Now, you're definitely trying to confuse me Cy.

I do love my house (well, not the garden, perhaps), but I wouldn't enter it in the GT class at LM 04.....

And you couldn't enter the Toledo, either. And it has a roof. So why don't you like it? - besides, it has as much to do with a touring car as a DTM Merc, or a NASCAR stocker. It's mid-engined, even.

Cool!!! I'm originally from Toledo (Ohio that is, not Toledo Spain) and it's neat to see the name in print even if it is the other Toledo...

And Spanish is the dominant language in either Toledo, flatlander.

This car sucks in way I can't begin to put into words. It's the biggest insult to the intelligence of fans since the Proton Pert.

If this was the late '70s, and it was a Group 5 entry, I might not hate it... But in this day and age, it has no place.
