RAP should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Arthur Dobson

Arthur Dobson was one of the more successful pre war ERA drivers, particularly noted for his battles with Bira at Crystal Palace. He does not seem to have raced post war and the Encyclopaedia of Motor Sports just says that he retired due to poor health.

Racing at the same time were Austen Dobson and E W (Bill?) Dobson. I think these were brothers but I am not sure.

Can anyone provide background information on him?
